Quality Control

Quality control is the cornerstone of any successful program. At State to State Cleaning, Inc. we monitor our performance on a regular basis. STSC will inspect each location on a site-specific basis and will generate a quality control report, which is provided to each customer.

In addition, STSC account managers will survey our customers on a monthly basis. This process will allow us to receive feedback and further fine-tune our services.
